1. Research Use Only
All products offered by Osmora Research are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.
Products are:
- Not intended for human consumption
- Not intended for veterinary use
- Not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use
- Not intended for use as a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or household product
- Not intended for compounding, clinical use, or administration to humans or animals
By purchasing from Osmora Research, you represent that you understand these restrictions and will use all products only for lawful laboratory research purposes.
2. Purchaser Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Osmora Research reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict an order when we believe a purchase may be inconsistent with our research-use-only policies or applicable law.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to access restricted portions of this website or purchase products from Osmora Research.
By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Product Information
Osmora Research strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, analytical information, batch documentation, and testing information.
However, laboratory results, specifications, availability, packaging, and product information may be updated as additional analytical data becomes available.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, treatment advice, research quantity guidance, or a recommendation for human or animal use.
5. Analytical Testing & Batch Documentation
Osmora Research may provide third-party analytical testing, batch verification records, certificates of analysis, or other laboratory documentation for certain products.
Testing information applies only to the specific batch or lot identified in the corresponding laboratory documentation.
The availability of analytical data does not change the designated Research Use Only status of any product.
6. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Reject or cancel an order
- Limit quantities
- Request additional verification
- Correct pricing or product information errors
- Refuse transactions that appear fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with our policies
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
6A. ACH/e-Check Authorization
All ACH/e-Check payments will be made payable to Osmora Research LLC.
ACH Debit Authorization for Order Payment
Each time you place an ACH/e-Check order by clicking the “Place Order” button, you authorize Osmora Research LLC and its payment service providers to initiate a single ACH/electronic debit to your bank account in the amount of your order using the bank account information you provide on the date of the order.
You represent that each ACH transaction you authorize complies with applicable law. Payments submitted after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be applied on the next business day. To complete the payment process, click the “Place Order” button. Once the payment authorization has been submitted, it cannot be changed or corrected. You should retain a copy of this authorization for your records.
ACH Debit/Credit Authorization for Account-Validation Micro-Entries
When ACH/e-Check account validation is required, by clicking the “Place Order” button you authorize Osmora Research LLC and its payment service providers to initiate one-time ACH debit and/or credit entries to your account in amounts of less than $1.00 for the purpose of validating the bank account information you provided.
You also authorize an ACH credit or debit, as applicable, to recover or reverse the amount of a validation micro-entry. You represent that these ACH transactions comply with applicable law. Once the authorization is submitted, it cannot be revoked with respect to those validation entries. Account-validation entries submitted after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed on the next business day. You should retain a copy of this authorization for your records.
7. Pre-Orders
Products identified as pre-order items are not immediately available for shipment.
Estimated availability dates are estimates only and may change due to laboratory testing, manufacturing, quality review, shipping, or other operational factors.
Osmora Research may delay product release when additional testing or quality review is necessary.
8. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Osmora Research is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, governmental actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Ownership and risk of loss may transfer to the purchaser once the shipment is accepted by the applicable carrier, subject to applicable law.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, products may be subject to limited return or refund eligibility.
Products that have been opened, altered, improperly stored, contaminated, or removed from their original condition may not be eligible for return.
If you believe an order was damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact Osmora Research promptly at[email protected].
Any applicable refund or replacement will be evaluated according to the circumstances of the order.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Osmora Research products or website content for:
- Human or animal administration
- Medical treatment
- Self-experimentation
- Clinical use
- Compounding for human or veterinary use
- Manufacturing products intended for human or animal consumption
- Illegal activities
- Misrepresentation of Osmora Research products
- Resale in a manner that removes or alters required research-use-only labeling
Osmora Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to customers who violate these restrictions.
