Compliance · Research Use Policy
Research boundaries,
clearly defined.
Osmora Research LLC’s materials and documentation are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory research, analytical testing, method development and educational research.
Plain-language standard
The restriction is part of the operating system.
Research Use Only describes Osmora’s stated intended-use restriction. It is not a claim of regulatory approval, testing completion, safety, efficacy or suitability for any particular application.
No website copy, educational material, analytical record or third-party statement may convert an Osmora research material into a product intended for human or veterinary use.
Operating requirements
What this policy requires.
Research use only
Materials may be used only for lawful laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use and must not be ingested, laboratory use, inhaled, applied to the body, or used for diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, cosmetic, clinical or other personal-use purposes.
Researcher requirements
Anyone creating an account or placing an order must be at least 21 years old and possess the knowledge, facilities, protective equipment and procedures appropriate for the proposed research.
Product information
Product descriptions and educational materials are provided for identification, documentation and general scientific context. They are not medical advice, prescribing information, research quantity guidance or claims that a material is safe or effective.
Analytical records
Each analytical record applies only to the exact lot identified. Pending work is not completed work, and a planned method or laboratory is not treated as confirmed until supporting documentation exists.
Handling responsibility
Researchers are responsible for lawful receipt, storage, handling, containment, use and disposal. Appropriately trained personnel, controlled procedures and personal protective equipment should be used.
Account and order review
Osmora may request information about credentials, facilities or intended research; refuse access or service; cancel an order; or restrict an account when activity appears inconsistent with this policy.
No unauthorized redistribution
Materials may not be repackaged, promoted, distributed or resold for human or veterinary use. Third parties are not authorized to make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, research quantity or human-use claims for Osmora.
Agreement
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, the user agrees to follow this policy and all applicable laws and institutional requirements. Violations may result in restricted access.
Documentation discipline
Words with different evidentiary meanings.
An intended scope that has not been represented as performed.
No completed result or release conclusion has been published.
Documentation has been received and posted for the identified lot.
An internal lot decision—not approval for human or veterinary use.
Policy control
The intended-use boundary follows every material.
Available analytical documentation does not establish suitability for a particular experiment. Researchers remain responsible for determining whether a material and method are appropriate for their lawful work.
If a social post, reseller statement, private message or third-party claim conflicts with this policy, that statement is not authorized by Osmora Research.
