Quality Control · Open Batch Records
Evidence before release.
Osmora’s Open Batch Record System separates planned analytical scope from completed results. Each manufacturing lot receives a permanent record before any release decision is made.
How the system works
A record begins before the result exists.
A pending field is not a passing result, and a planned method or laboratory assignment is not presented as confirmed documentation.
Exact-lot identity
Every record is tied to one manufacturing lot and one permanent verification URL intended to match the physical-label QR destination.
Separate specifications
Applicable acceptance criteria are documented separately from measured results so the specification and result remain distinct.
Permanent history
Released, held, rejected and superseded records remain distinguishable. Original laboratory documentation remains the primary source.
Core release + extended scope
9 core checks. 16 total framework checks.
Checks 01–09 form Osmora’s Core Release Standard. Checks 10–16 extend the lot-specific analytical framework and are reported separately as documentation becomes available. A listed check is not represented as performed until its supporting documentation has been received for the exact lot.
Exact methods, laboratories, accession identifiers and results appear only in the applicable batch record after they are confirmed. A planned or pending entry is not a pass, certification, safety assessment or release decision.
